She is the best!! a few years ago I was front row and she came to me directly at end of the concert and in a sea of hands put a signed pic directly in my hands and covered my hands with hers and look directly in my eyes...i think she could feel my heart energy when she sang I RUN...since this was after she survived cancer and I was sending her so much love and energy..was amazing

I've been alone in self-isolation in this coronavirus stay-home for 2 months. Boy, do I need hugs and physical contact! The phone is fine, but doesn't replace warm arms.

Interesting perspective. I think you're right when you say that some people look at their peers who have charmed lives & feel bad, when there's no need to. Everyone has their challenges, even if they might not be apparent!

Carol, A few hours ago, I found out my 99.5 year old Granny died this morning. I am working on letting go of the regrets (I didn't call her on Sunday, I hadn't seen her since Christmas) and focusing on the positives. We helped get her back home so she could die where she wanted to. It's hard news because it was so unexpected. Of course, one may think that at 99.5 it's never unexpected, but she was bigger than life!!! I appreciate your message and am going to keep working hard on letting go of the negative and only think about the positives. Thanks for what you do. YOU matter to ME!

Hi Abigail, I send love in my thoughts mostly, especially if it's to someone having a hard time as they may not be in a place to hear it. So I just think of the person(s) and it my head wish them well. I'm a firm believer that people who hurt others whether it's in words or actions is hurting. They have consequences to deal with but meeting them at their level of fear only creates more of it. Now...that doesn't mean in the moment I don't get upset, sad, angry etc....but I don't stay there long. Feel it, thank it, and move into a space of happiness. I hope this helps.
