I feel November would be too cold to visit, even locals move to their winter homes in Dhunda, which is at a lower altitude and close to Uttarkashi. About expenses, the place is comparatively more expensive than other tourist places. You can find homestays to stay, but travelling cost would be high, there's no public transportation available to visit nearby places like Gartang Gali, Gangotri, Nelong Valley, Mukhwa and Dharali village. So you have to take cabs, which have fixed price no matter the number of passengers. In our case, we were 4 people and the total expense for 3 days trip with places shown in video was around Rs. 10,000/person.

JNU is one of the best university in our country. All u r very lucky to b a student of unu.So enjoy and try to grow to the maxima in the life.This university have nice atmosphere for the competitive exams .Although I dont know much about engineering discipline but since a reputed univ like JNU is enrolling the std to engineering there by hoping that it will produce nice generations of engineer's also

Is 75 percent attendance compulsory in btech . In jnu I also heard that student can leave after btech without doing mtech as per their choice , from 2021 . Is it Right?
