Hunter is planning on gutting it and setting it up for camping at nnn. It mostly needs a new roof, and a fuel system. Else the 454 is worth the 500 he spent on it

Poke a small straight screwdriver into the adjustment hole to push the adjust lever back and then use the brake spoon to back off the adjuster wheel. Kids these days. 😒 Just remember that everything is always a learning experience. Watching the guy use his phone as a shop light and then see an actual shop light next to the parts cleaner. 🤣Keep on turning wrenches and make that old car go!

I think it's a pretty even matchup, honestly... while mine stays running without revving, you're has a bigger motor and it's MUCH newer... That said, you have a bad knee and I have a bad hip. Neither one of us will be pushing our cars at any great speed... Love ya, brother! Can't wait to see you out there!

Me. Its a cheap Chinese carb that had something messed up in the idle circuit that let fuel drip past with the screws all the way in. Waste of 80 bucks

Was my 1st car. Bought a white one with black stripes from my brother in august of 80 when i got out of marine corps boot camp. Was a great car. I drove it from missouri to cherry point, nc. Owned it for several years and sold it to a fellow marine when i was headed to japan for a year. Great memories.

Doesn't sound like the ehaust is exiting through the sidepipes, or it would be loud, and the motor sounds stock except for the headers

The exhaust is exiting through the side pipes, it’s not straight piped it has glass packs on it

Dry lubricators on the hood hinges might be easier to close instead of bending it. It’s a shame people let those cars set out like that instead of selling them, but when you ask you’ll have some say I’m keeping it go my grand kid when he or she grows up. By the time they get old enough to drive the cars toast not good for anything.

Had a '74 Malibu Classic. It was a good, dependable, decent running car. Obviously, it wasn't quick or fast, but it was fun. It had a 400sb, auto in console, with decent a/c. It was maroon with a white vinyl top, white swivel buckets, black dash, and carpet. Even though it was underpowered, it could still smoke the tire. Yes, singular, no posi! LMAO!!!
