Only $1600 for that 1 bedroom is crazy. I can’t believe the value you get out there. No wonder I have clients moving out that way, wow. Coming from California that 1-bedroom would be $4k easy.

@@alfredosauri Honestly it is a very high-end luxury community... There's a 24-hour concierge 24-hour valet they have 10k a month + penthouses it's very safe, has gorgeous amenities. I would consider this property checking off the correct boxes of what a true luxury Community requires. I go to a lot of properties that deem themselves as luxury and I find it very hard to see the luxury in them LOL however you are entitled to your opinion but this is one of the top luxury buildings here in Dallas maybe not the tip top but definitely top 10 😁

There's no way I would be paying over 3 grand for an apartment. That's a 3 bedroom with a good size yard mortgage payment. I know that area and those house rental payments still aren't that high.

@@shaeluxeliving I know.... I've been there. I know someone that lives there. For me I'm just a have a backyard and not share walls type of person. The person I know says he likes it there because of the location and the shopping area. 30 min from downtown and a short drive to the lake.
