Hi Asta wow .. what a great video. I learned so much. One question I have is the pricing structure. Are you charging X dollars to build the bot initially plus a retainer - or just a flat rate of X per month which includes the initial build.

Depending on your situation it can change but I always have a retainer, retainer is king, also for the setup fee you can charge one of your like with a lower retainer maintenance fee

You can setup your calendar 📅 in the marketing section of your dashboard then setup the process with your google sheets etc like in the video 😉 I might make a remake of this one

You could have it as a chat widget on your website. As far as I know you should not have any issues connecting it, I mean it’s meta verified so from a safety perspective you have nothing to worry about. It seems to me that all the tutorials that explain this topic lack in explaining what it would be like to configure a complete flow for a real life case, that is, not only that they instruct you to connect with Googlesheet, but what the flow would be like with it. welcome message or how do you do for these products are shown only when the user asks for that product. I have not seen any complete tutorial on this topic. Maybe you have another video that explains it?
