Be your own best friend, lover, and cheerleader. Reverse any and all negative (hateful) self talk into positive (loving) self talk. Realize that the world is full of too many people to ever get upset over one who rubs you the wrong way. Ignore them. Move on. Plenty of other people exist who will rub you the right way. Ignoring the negative is what you automatically do when you truly love yourself, because you simply won’t tolerate anyone’s hate, disrespect or abuse. Forget about finding a lover, as you already have one, yourself. If you want more love, love yourself more. Be open to sharing your life with an equal partner instead, one who loves and respects you unconditionally, and who you do likewise. If you never find a partner, it’s fine, as you can thrive independently and often better without anyone holding you back. Avoid all forms of codependency and always strive to succeed independently. And accept nothing less from anyone you choose to love and spend your life with. It doesn’t take much thinking really to live a happy and successful life. Like a natural spring, it all stems from actively and truly and unconditionally loving yourself. ❤
