i've listened to this song (or to the entire album, really) so often ever since you uploaded it on here, yselincool, that i know all the lyrics by heart by now despite never having looked up any of the lyrics. this album is perfect, thank you for sharing. teshima aoi portrays such unique feelings and atmospheres in these songs. they are almost like audible paintings. thank you everyone for being part of this world. take care.

I bought this movie at a video rental store that was going out of business. What a gem! The story, the animation, the music! The theatres should re-release this one again. Studio Ghibli was a brilliant maker of movies that will endure for a long long time.

What a beautiful soundtrack and art direction for such a terribly made film. For those who saw the movies and were unimpressed: read the books. You will discover one of the best epic worlds ever written and easily top 5 characters of the whole genre: Ged. The films leave so much to be said (not to mention the plot is almost totally invented) and so much to be seen. It truly is impossible to understand what is going on in the films and why is everything happening. But once you have read the books and then listen and see the art and music of Ghibli's film, you appreciate that at least someone put the effort on giving EarthSea a somewhat worthy representation, even if the plot is terribly explained.
