I’m getting sick of trying to add this thing to my wifi network. I’ve had it over a week and I’ll try every 3-4 days because it’s so frustrating. I’m not trying to add it to the 5G but to the 2.4 as, apparently, it won’t connect to 5G. When it’s in “Preparing Your Table” mode & the percentage numbers are increasing, should I be on the Sobro network or my own. I swear I’ve tried it both ways 500 times already & I’m ready to 🗣 scream. Not gonna lie, I think I’ve attempted over 50 times now. I have a wifi extender & I’ve tried to connect to that as well with the same luck: ZERO. ٩(͡๏̯͡๏)۶

Where do you get the replacement board? Only one of our USB ports seems to be loose; it wiggles a lot but the board still gets power. Can it be reattached more securely or glued in place safely?

Your customer service is terrible, there is no one answering the phones and connecting to your app is extremely difficult. This table is too expensive for you to have poor customer service. You need a customer service chat option or someone answering the phone or your social media pages. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase this table.

I bought the Side Table (the small one) and week later. USB C ports dont work at all and fridge shuts down suddenly. WTF ?
