I relate to this so much. 4 years ago I was in the darkest place. Just like she said there were two things that stopped me from ending it: 1) the thought of how much it would destroy my mother; 2) during intense exercise I felt a reprieve from all of the external and internal things that were contributing to my mental state. It was the only time I felt alive and worthy. Maybe it was a way of punishing myself for all the terrible things I did to contribute to me being in the place I was at the time. I don't think I'm out of the woods but I am so much better off today. This is a beautiful video with an incredible message. So powerful. I am so thankful to have seen this video. I am sobbing uncontrollably right now. God bless you all.
