Pls explain the oven 50 ,then liw , then high to 180 Celsius.. im confused big time. Do mean we shdnt pit at a warm place first till it rise then switn in oven and let it reach 180 degrees ,then put the bread in it to bake just like sugar and butter bread is baked?
