Does TV make you get a new roof every so may years or is that a thing the actual insurances mandate? Heard need a new one every 10 years but not sure if that’s via TV or the home owners insurance company? Also why does the sewer cost vary every month🤔

I think we are actually up to 115 pools and almost 300 pickleball courts and almost 800 holes of golf!! And with the Eastport area and south- that will add dozens and dozens of pickleball courts and probably a couple hundred holes of golf and at least a dozen more pools. I love that we keep growing. It ensures the Developer stays committed to our AWESOME community and adds endless amenities and more golf cart and walking and biking adventures!!! We live in and LOVE The Village of FENNEY!!

You keep paying fees, special assessments, taxes, bonds, all for the pleasure of standing in line to play pickle ball. You have difficulty getting a tee time esp. during high season. Grass on the courses are brown. Many people go over the speed limit in their carts and it is down right dangerous. So these are just some of the things that make The Villages stand out.

Groups for everyone and alot of different town squares. The live bands will cycle thru all of the squares so you dont have to go to them. They have activities directors for each area too!

Does that mean if the bond isn't paid on a house, the listing price is increased by the unpaid bond value? Or, is the listing price lower because the bond still has to be paid (i.e., the bond value is not part of the listing price), making the buyer have to budget more for costs?

OK Karen great intro video on the villages, and the different shops, and entertainment available there. After watching many video's on the villages, and hearing dozens of options good and bad. I have a question maybe several. I'm 66 in 6 months I get my SS around 2400.00 per month. Plus I'm in great financial condition. If I sell my townhouse in Raleigh, NC in the next 4 to 6 months it would sell fast. I own Mr. Fix-All Home & Garden Inc. with 40 years of residential, and commercial repair experience. Question: Have you heard of problems from the full time residents, that they can not find a good handyman to work on their homes, or business having the same problem? I maybe wanting to move to the villages but would still love work.
