Can i know which tea powder you used ?

This is definitely is not “Irani Chai”. No one in Iran drinks chai in this way. Why don’t you just say the Iranians migrated to this country for economic and other reasons and started little restaurants / Cafes to cater to Indian taste with Indian food. There is nothing that is sold in Irani immigrants owned restaurants (hotels?) in India. Biryani, Haleem, Nihari, bun maska, samosa, lukhmi, etc., or chai offered in their restaurants has no roots to Iran.

Ok, I did it, but the taste does not worth all the hassle (imagine doing it every morning). Simpler methods provide the same result.

I laughed so hard after reading many comments comparing this recipe with hyderabadi mutton Briyani. But the thing is the original recipe is such a long process but the tea is much different from regular teas. Good things consume time. Good vibes 🤟🤟🤟
