It’s nothing because you took all the membrane off. Why take the cleaned membrane off the chittering? You’re removing flavor for the sake of saying your chitterlings are cleans. Remove excess fat and debris. That’s it.

lol yes indeed , we were up until 7am cleaning those #auntbessieschitterlings.This time we did 3 bags (we started cleaning them at 9pm lol**) and we added hog maws ** EVERYBODY loved our chitterlings this time around I was impressed with aunt bessies chittlins' and will buy more for sure! thank you! @jackiessouthernsoul

I wasn’t as impressed with Aunt Bessie’s. I prefer Smithfield or Gwatney’s but I can’t find Gwatney’s anymore. With Smithfield you aren’t going to get much more than thin strips of see through pieces of chittlins. Then the buckets are filled with mostly water that freezes which makes you think you have a full bucket. With Gwatney’s you get big dirty pieces of chittlins. You have to clean them more than Smithfield.

Sounds Good! I always scavenge up my ham bones!! Theres nothing like left over vegetables to add to your soup. Have you ever had homemade chicken feet soup? I just made a big pot of it. My 96 year old mother in the Lord just requested me to make her some. She loves it! So do I!!! It is good for your immune system. Especially this time of year. It has lots of calligen in it. Vitamins, minerals, iron for your body. If you have never tried it you should try it.

No Ma’am. I don’t eat chicken feet. I’m like Monty when it comes to those. I don’t even want to look at those things let alone cook and eat them🤷🏽‍♀️ One of my Sisters used to eat them when we were growing up but it’s the way they look that’s a dealbreaker for me.

LoL! ALOT of people feel just like you do! There stomach turns when ever you even say the word!!!! Let alone don't let them see them. Actually I'd rather choose them than chitterlings! I haven't fixed chitterlings in a blue moon. It's only myself at home now. I only eat them from certain people!!!! You have a wonderful Holiday!!!

Thank you. Being a Content Creator I get asked to review tons of gadgets all the time. I had to start declining because my cabinets were getting full and I don’t have the space in my kitchen for things that I don’t use frequently. This product is not a paid collaboration. I bought it myself and I love it. I wish I had purchased it sooner 👍🏽

We went back yesterday to get Monty some more new shirts for a new job he is stating in January and they had slashed the prices half off in the men’s department😳 I didn’t look in the women’s department because it was super crowded and they were about to close. I need more time to browse. I’m going back to see what I can find for myself again before this sale ends😊❤
