That looks terribly dangerous, loose rocks, you'd need more than a helmet if ya slipped or even stopped falling rocks from higher climbers.

I reached the summit last Friday at 66 y.o. I am in good shape, but I will never attempt it again. 14.5 hours on the trail, no speed records. This is much more dangerous climb than anyone can describe, but I hope I am an inspiration for those older people that want to try it. Now I look at it from I25 and say "yeah, that is my mountain!" love you Colorado!

Yes this is a very dangerous climb. If you're not an experienced climber I would suggest picking a different mountain. Possibly Castle & Conundrum would be better.

Cool. Pyramid might not be the highest 14er but in some sense it is the biggest since it rises so steeply from its surroundings. I am sometimes surprised that more people don't get hurt on this one. Interestingly, the ski route on this called the Landry line drops down into East Maroon Creek over terrain seen in this video. Those people who ski it have nerves of steel.

Exposure isn't dangerous. Sometimes the safest climbing is on the exposed ridge. A ten foot fall can be life threatening. Good job picking the best climbing despite the exposure.

Love the climbs. You definitely go for the more technical peaks. Loved your maroon bells video. I was concerned reading some comments that a lot of people are attempting that climb with basically no experience. Hopefully your video put things in the proper perspective and people can see how dangerous that climb is. Love the videos!
