It's group think. Its how the demonrats control their base. Generations today vote for the party that gave their parents blocks of cheese, food stamps, and platitudes.

Facts man. A true leader is there for their "people" as you refer to it, when you as a leader isn't there for your people you'll have much harder time retaining a good relationship with your people.

you got the wrong point. nothing to do with who your friends are and who your around, its that no monkey knew why bananas were forbidden but they just followed what they knew, its like culture and habit for religion mostly

This looks incredible and I can't wait to see it in person. Well done on integrating such powerful life lessons into now a message the events can bring in, be inspired and entertained by. Your sons are amazing at what they can do, this must be the ultimate proud dad moment for you.

I was in the room where it happened and it’s incredible. Not only did I fully grasp the messages Ty was sharing, but they have stayed with me and I’ve thought of them long after the event because of the unique way the concepts were presented. His kids were so fun to watch. I want my kids to learn these concepts now and not when they’re in their 40s like me.

The experiment was actually done this way: when the new monkey got to the bananas, the other three monkeys got watered, so they brought him down. Next new monkey got stopped by the other monkeys before it got to the bananas. After all four monkey got replaced a fifth came inside the cage and asked why nobody would climb to get the bananas, the other four answer : we don't know but that's the way things are being done around here.

right? this was not the point of that experiment. I kind of get how he connects it but it is about toxic cultures and how they are perpetuated long after the creator of the toxicity leaves.

I'm watching this in 2022 after having decided to work on skills that will help me connect more meaningfully with people, which is what me a lot of others out there need. This video has been so beautyfully enlightening I can't begin to explain it. It'll definitely be played on repeat for a while. Granted, I know full well I need to apply the information in it if I want to see results. Thank you, author. Lots of good vibes sent your way from me in Rio, Brazil. Thank you.

I would have to disagree, the monkeys previously had learnt that nothing good comes from going up the ladder and so they decided to stop the others to protect them from being 'hurt' the same way they were, in a sense they had protected the monkeys who had no idea what would or could happen if they went up. I like to think of it as people sharing the results of their mistakes in order for the other monkeys to go further then they ever could, to stop making the same mistakes and instead advance.
@gamingbraaa7698

this explanation is a little weird but the idea of the experiment was that at some point the monkeys werent meant to be doused even when they try to go up, but theyd never find out because theyll never try going up. So the environment has changed but they don't know because they never tested it again and assumed the water would always come. So in the real world an example would be opportunities for income where the way the world works literally changes with time, think of bitcoin. Hope I was clear enough.

@gamingbraaa7698 true but that isn't the fault of the monkeys that was just the cards they where delt.

Happy 2022! You can change the world. The ability to speak is a powerful gift. It seems like there is always something new to learn about public speaking. Every good and perfect gift comes from the Father of Lights (ultimately). The best gift ever given to mankind is the Word that became flesh and died for us that we might have everlasting life. For ages He has been attracting people from all classes calling them to experience repentence, peace and joy. When we take a moment waiting on His love in the middle of a speech, for example, our fears are cast out and our voice produces a wonderful influence on those who hear us. Resting in Him, He will change, wonderfully change the most discouraging outlook. Thanks. Blessings
