Wd40 works best on Saab, and I've used pb blaster and wd 40 works just fine. Also, wd40 cleans better than degreeser

Do NOT bend the oil and water lines to the turbo. They are a bitch to get back then! I did this mistake..

Having recently refurbished that Exact same Garrett Turbo on my 1997 Saab 2.3 ( yup 27 years in use) Finding it barely worn in process.... Easily rebearinged and resealed. What in Hell was Done ? to that pore thing ? Ingest a rock ? Forget to change engine oil EVER?

Tha plas detail around the cylinder: turn it at side (rotate a little) and then lift it

Hi, I found a strange issue with my newly bought Saab 9-5. In position 0, I have my headlights; in position 1, no headlights, but I can activate the front and rear fog lights; in position 2, I have nothing at all. The high beams should be held at ever position and do not work if you are not holding it. Any ideas about what could it be?

Thanks man. It was cheaper for me to do in this way and it went well for two years before I sold it. It is not my intention to make other do what I done, it was only a video of what I done. I am not a professional, just a random family man that works at the desk all day but wants to get thinks cheaper and who is prepare to do some of the work by himself.

After two years I sold that car. I bought another Saab with less km at board and two years younger. The guy that bought it is using for dismantle and use the parts.

Why does no one say the size of the t-bit? Its so frustrating. The t-25 slides around and t-30 wont fit.

Definitely a T-30. If your t-30 won't fit, scrape out the dirt from the screw head with a pick or jeweler's screwdriver. If you live in a place where cars rust, you will cause yourself a world of pain using a too small torx bit! This can be an agonizing job if the bolt is seized.
