Always wanted a 3 1/2 in the 60's but never had the money. You have done a great restoration job to get it on the road. I cant believe the the big end cap "revelation OMG"!

Never trust a "fully rebuilt" statement. Accidents happen though.

I had never even heard of Morini before but thank you for keeping this bike alive!

Good job, saw the bike at the Moto Morini international rally in Kent this year, and it looked really good. Enjoyed the series.

Do both reverse lights work on your car? On my Fiat Panda, only the right one works.
@richardparker6792 ай бұрын
The car was scrapped this year, but from memory only the left hand light was a reversing light

How do you turn the arm arount? My "bar isn't the same on both sides so it won't fit the other way around.
@richardparker6792 ай бұрын
Mine also, I applied some force to jam it on. Not ideal but worked for me. I am thinking I will end up printing a new arm to clip on properly.

Good job, looks really good. I would use a tent paint on seam sealer to stop the rain coming through the stitch work.

That's a good idea, hadn't thought of that, thanks.

nice project! i have an old unit of this bike. I bought it in the 80s and now is gathering dust in my workshop after a timing belt breakdown. Some of my best memories are on board of this machine. have fun!

Richard, fellow 250 2c owner here. Did you match the paint or did you use a similar colour. My wheels are the same colour not in too bad condition, i would just like to touch up the existing paint. Thanks.

I chose a gold I liked! (I think I mentioned which in the video). The original 'gold' seems more like an olive green. In the 80s I had a 3 1/2 sport and ended up matching the colour using humbrol primary colours to touch them up. Hours of fun mixing to get the right shade. Rustoleum Gold Elegance, by the way.
