I used clove powder in my smoothies for years (tastes like Christmas!) with cinnamon, nutmeg, coconut oil, blueberries, collagen, sea salt, ice and water. I rotated my protein powder depending on what I could afford and which was the cleanest but now I no longer use protein powder (can’t handle anything with Stevia and added sugar alcohols) and use bone meal instead because I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis plus had lumbar fusion last year (even though my diet has been pretty clean and exercise schedule pretty regular since my early 20s - now 54). I actually love the addition of bone meal; it’s delicious with collagen, vanilla extract, cinnamon, coconut oil, and a little sea salt in oatmeal! Others may need to sweeten theirs but I try to only use the spices and extract - something about the salt brings out the natural sweetness of the oats without using sugar, honey, molasses, dates, etc., but, black strap molasses is great for your bones, too! Love your videos, Dr. Axe! I’ve been a fan for years 🙏

Question: I would like to use it more often, but MTC leaks out of me within hours and ruins bedding and clothing. Are there other ways to incorporate it into food, that will not leak out like that? I've just been adding to salad dressing and squirming a teaspoon here and there.😮

What about having balanced bazi? It's like I am all, yet wood and metal is poor quality and rooting in day master 庚 metal, so what can I do just integrate all? Would be cool if there are new insights about the elements and it's interplay with yin&yang energy, like little wood energy, or yang earth innocence/dog energy etc...

I have a balanced bazi with wood from guaves and a double rooting in metal with a weak daymaster, some insights would be very cool! As well with a lot of earth energy which produces metal? Then I am legit a wood dog with a physical anaomlie since birth, if I had full power I'd be the doctor xDD

I recently audited your KZbin channel and noticed a few on-page SEO issues that might be hindering your growth: 1. Video overviews are not fully optimized. 2. Titles and descriptions lack SEO optimization. 3. Missing high-volume ranked tags. 4. Add Eye-catching thumbnail Despite your great video quality, these factors are impacting your views and subscriber count.

If you have CKD please do not consume either it will make your kidneys worst. Dr. Josh Axe and the people at ancient nutrition should already know this I have never seen a disclaimer Protein is bad for the kidneys
