Hi there i am trying ro change stitches and the dial will not turn. Is it supposed to turn all the way around? It gives a little but nothing changes on the screen.

Can you please do a video on how to adjust this 930 for ruler work with the ruler foot? My foot seems to still raise up while I’m template quilting.😢

Thanks for the video. I am surprised at all the machine's features. I have only used it for straight sewing a few times. I have a Husqvarna Freesia 415 which I usually use. I bought the Sapphire on impulse online from the warehouse and didn't know just how good it is. I bought my first Husqvarna a long time ago (Husqvarna 2000). It had the cams to insert for different fancy stitches. Thank you again. I am from Australia.

Thanks Brenda, this was so helpful. I have had this software since 2019 and have been so frustrated with it. One question, I cannot see the thumbnails for the embroidery designs. You mentioned that your customers could call you if they cannot see them but I bought my software from a dealer in NC. Is there a quick fix for this that you could type to me? Hi, I just get my machine and your video is of a great help . I have one question. To use the decorative stitches Do I always have to use stabilizers ?? I tried directly on the material and was a disaster . Also I am having problems with the tension on the bobins thread . the stichs looks perfect on top but behing are a bit loose, it looks like a line.

I use the rip method for prepping strips to put in my Accuquilt to cut sashing and bindings. This way I know the grain in straight and little waste to put on the dies.

I've been sewing for 40+ years, and until recently, I never knew a lot about machine needles. I knew there were ball needles and sharp needles. That was about all. When I started sewing, I wasn't taught. Home Ecc barely showed me anything, either. Nowadays, it seems that more information is available. Your video is excellent and informative. I never had any formal sewing training. With good information and good KZbin videos, my skills are improving. I'm 55 and feel young . I enjoy learning.
