Yeah, the pictures are an important part of the clue, IMHO, Arthur. I would have got none of them without the pictures. 😊 Good for your 100% on Chris Pratt. I think he's great and I only got 2 of his. Go figure. LOL

@@jemma50 I think I may have come across the wrong way here Jemma. I think Pratt is a perfectly good actor, just not one I follow (like Hanks, say) and I think Passengers is very good even though it's really not my genre.

@@arthurjarrett1604 Ah, okay. Well, I misinterpreted because, for myself. there are many actors and actresses who I think are fantastic....but I don't follow them in the way I think you mean. In other words, I don't go to see every movie of actors that I think are really good. If I don't like the genre of the movie, I don't want to see it, no matter how much I like the cast. Probably why I do so badly in a lot of these quizzes....I haven't seen most of the movies! 🤣🤣

How can you put a female rapper like Missy Elliot in the RRHOF & not Phil Collins? Missy is a Hip-Hop artist, not a Rock n Roll artist, who selects these artists? Joe Biden Whoever is in charge of the RRHOF doesn't know what Rock n Roll is. Isaac Hayes is a Soul singer, Chaka Khan is an R&B/Soul singer, Nine Inch Nails are more Industrial music, Kool & The Gang is an Funk/R&B/Soul group, George Michael is a Pop singer. This quiz pissed me off bc half the Rock n Roll singers & bands were snubbed. The person who snubbed them, needs his head examined, Hey RRHOF!! learn your genres better.

After realising that it wasn't my personal taste that determines who gets in, I guessed about 50% correct I think. In line with Hornbeam's comment, a few shockers (to me) there - Motorhead? Missy Elliot?

Oh Carole you stirred up the hive with this one. I didn't even keep a score because I know who gets in and who doesnt makes a lot of music buffs angry. It should be people who are iconic or influential but its a popularity contest. Nothing against George Michael but how he can be in while John Fogarty is not is just an example of the problem.

Did even better that yesterday! Now. I'm splitting hairs here but I would contend that the Adam and the Ants that released Zerox and Dog Eat Dog* were very different from the band that produced Antmusic and Stand and Deliver. The original Ants were advised by Malcolm McLaren to drop Adam and formed Bow Wow Wow. Adam recruited new Ants and went on to achieve a lot of success. A lot of Punks (teenage me included) were outraged by how "poppy" the new Ants were and vowed to flood their fan club with nasty letters about selling out and aiming their music at toddlers. Of course we never did any such thing. *Dog Eat Dog was re-recorded with the new Ants and became the new line-ups' first single.

@@jemma50 Some people just listen to the music and are happy with that, and that's okay. Anyone that plays an instrument tends to focus on the structure, melody, tempo etc, etc and so want to learn more about where the whole piece came from (if that makes sense). As for me, I jam a lot with far more accomplished musicians than me. As far as actual performances go, my proudest boast is playing one song in The (new) Cavern Club in Liverpool, made famous by The Beatles, with a (long defunct) band where the bassist was my nephew and the rhythm guitarist was my nieces now ex boyfriend. Their regular drummer was a professional so was much better than me. I've been involved with starts ups that got nowhere past a couple of practice gigs. I describe myself as an Enthusiastic Bedroom Drummer.

No perfect score today. 46/50. I almost missed #9 because of her hair colour. (I think she looks better with darker hair.) The ones I did miss were #37, 40, 45, & 49. Never heard of 45 & 49. This was so much fun, Carole, thank you. ♥♥♥

Silly me! LOL As for #49, I really have never heard of her. My sci-fi interests don't extend much beyond Star Trek. I love Star Wars also, but haven't seen every single movie. I am a staunch Trekkie, though. 😄♥
