I lived in Japan for an Year, It's not available all in Japan and moreover it's not sewer, it's a seperate Koi canal, So stop exaggerating as Sewer is Clear ! Japan is clean country No doubt in that but that clear water is not at all Sewer!

Japan is a very wealthy country, but is kept immaculate by it's Government and by it's people. Even a child in Japan will pick up the smallest piece of litter and bring it home for safe disposal. It's streets are very clean (despite not having garbage bins), it's people and houses are clean, it's rivers and countryside are clean and the seas that surround it are clean! India is even wealthier, but it's Government and people pollute the air, the water and the whole environment with complete impunity! We all have to suffer in the end for this pollution. Which country would I rather visit?
