I like this set up. Thanks for video. I need a boat for 10. Four grandchildren. Nobody seems to cater for the real world! So owners workshop study could also convert to a couple of temporary singles. 3 cabins in the other hull, one with bunks. Also it's not too wide. In the Solent UK I think there are 3 maybe four yards with hoists that may accept this width. Much wider and it gets tricky. I assume the cabin top sunbathing can be replaced with solar. I spend my life outside but unnecessary sunshine is pointless. Plus decapitation of grandchildren is profoundly unattractive. Hope to hear more soon. Sea trials. Is self tacker possible. Motor sailing from saloon helm in Northern Europe is also of interest. Thanks.

Why are Leopard Catamarans being built with so many problems..Cracked bulkheads,dry fiberglass and water leaks...Is R & C going woke? DEI doesn't work...

An honest question not a gripe, cause FP doing the same approach for hybrids. Wouldn’t dual 12k gennys with independent fuel supplies be safer than a single large genny. Solar even adding 4k watts is not going to aid enough in propulsion. To this new to hybrid guy it feels like if I need to have dual engines then why not two small Yanmar’s with Integrals edrive. I am sure there’s a reason for the decision just learning.

Your solar panels are too far forward so will always be in shade of the mainsail or boom at least. What size tender can that swim platform hold? Looks quite small. Is their a choice for the old style davits?

Yes, the swim platform is an added option, but you may opt for the davit system instead. The weight limit for the swim platform is 660 lbs.

For the owners version you took all of the worst design choices of the 50 and put them on this. Cruisers want owners Hull not a utility room. Kitchen is now split in two which is terrible. And constant prop regeneration will kill the shaft bearings. NOT GOOD leopard..... WHY?

I really love this boat but in the 3 cabin version you have made a mistake by putting the bed in the aft. You should reverse the bed and bathroom so you have a full walk around bed looking out the window like in the VIP cabin in the opposite pontoon. With the shower in the aft you can then build a normal sized shower and with the extra space put in a walkthrough closet area between the head and bunk.

Wow, they actually found Leopard catamaran owners with boat that they can use. They must have paid them to this or told them they wouldn't have to have the boat they bought and paid for out of the water for over a year to get repaired.

The Leopard 45 represents the bait that Leopard and Roberts & Caine dangle to snare unsuspecting victims who haven't watched what shit Leopard is in channels like @travelsketch and @sailing_utopia and the horrible support that Roberts & Caine seem to "provide" to their victims (aka "customers").

Have you fixed your horrible production issues and actually stopped screwing your customers? There are a lot of better boats out there.
