Aadhaar card is the most important documnt in passport making brother, you have to make same name by changing in either of it.

This is just informational comment . I don’t condemn this comment - this guy is telling half truth . Asylum seekers can’t go back life time to their home country . LMIA is valid for 6 months until it’s processed for work permit & WP will for 2 years . Visitor to student visa . Main issue with that is when you will apply for PR . Then your visitor visa application & student visa application will sync if it’s not matched then they will have to buy one way airticket back home

LMIA vli bhi baat sahi nhi hai..LMIA marks in CRS is valid for 6 months...and the point you are telling about student visa is in actual a no point at all...its a obvious thing

Agar same job me ho to department me jma krwana jroori nhi hai but in the passport office, the whole process is almost same as a fresh passport so they may ask for annexure, so aap intimation letter sign krwa lena, it would be for safe side...I think vo chahiye hoga appointment time pe..
