I usually start to spin after get 200 spins ... other players seems to obtain in first 10-20 spins on first day.

Both are VIP and part of a JEWERLY collection ( see collection on webpage profile )

check other programs options running in background and disable any overlay option you find active. Usually is caused by overwolf overlay ( but can be other programs, including discord).

1. If game stuck on patching , then yes, you need a fresh game install 2. If all skins are white (except char hands and weapon) - check the GPU diver , is possible you are using wrong driver OR the GPU itself have a hardware fault and can't use the driver ( in this case when you install latest driver will return error )

for zm4 best weapon so far remain spas 12 void gold, but i will keep in mind your request , will be interesting to see.
