This is exactly what kind of wirk I'd like to do. But i have no idea where to start. What kind of spray do i use? And where can i get one of those steam vacs? It would be my dream to work for a company that does this kind of work.

Hello, you do an excellent job. What product do you use? And what machines do you use? I want to start a company with my wife where we live. I have currently worked for 3 years in duct cleaning for a company but I want to start my own business. If you could help me, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you! The products we use are either Mark Saigers or Rob Allen's TMF. The equipment I use is sapphire scientific 370ss truckmount, and various other tools. It's a great industry to get into! Good luck with your journey!

Good job but leaving foot prints etc. and not so much caring could be a bad thing. How many people are walking g through that house if they can tell it’s done without care, they could be potential customers and word spreads. Good job though.

I think you have a little way to go in the professional realm. Don’t know if you even put down chemicals “pre spray”, cuz most other carpet cleaning companies would have nailed this job and I know because I do property management. Also, YOU, from the horses mouth, literally just told every potential customer watching this that you ARE NOT WILLING to put in 100% on the job. It doesn’t matter what the customer is going to do. You don’t even know if that buyer will 100% go through with the sale. You literally did a “whatever” kind of job and just kept saying “not paying attention to this or that”. That’s sad cuz you were PAID 100% of your quote and you gave 25% on the job. Terrible service.
@jessecleansalgoma3 ай бұрын
Thank you for your comment, theres always room to learn and become more professional Although it may look like we gave little effort we did use a proper pre spray and the carpets were being torn out the very next day. The property manager wanted them clean but the homeowner sold the home the day of the cleaning. When we found out the carpets were being torn out we dropped the price significantly, even offered to leave and not do the job at all with no charge but they wanted us to do what we could to get them cleaner then they were. But not worry about details they were literally being thrown in the dump. Also my process is the standard in our industry. Pre vacuum, pre spray, CRB agitation, and hot water Extraction using a truckmount. We will use certin spotters on different stains but in this case it was not worth the effort. If they were keeping them or still showing the home for sale I would have charged full price and spent more time on the edges and stains.
@ThePrecprec3 ай бұрын
ive watched many carpet cleaners but you are so good at what you do, perfect chemistry, you take your time and not afraid of pre spray like so many are lol even go back another pass or another pre spray to make sure its as clean as you can possibly get it ! I you don't miss a spot when steaming and vacuuming and a perfect rake to finish

I have a question about the heat exchanger/ ac coil. I was told not to make a hole near it, what is your method to avoid damage and make sure it is clean due to the debris that may have fell in there?
@jessecleansalgoma4 ай бұрын
So the reason I cut the hole close was actually to block it off and protect the furnace from anything falling in. If you notice at the beginning I place a red magnetic mat inside above the HX.
@Kalliswaq4 ай бұрын
I just liked and subscribed to be updated on more vids. If you don’t mind and are able to could you make a demonstration video of how that concept works exactly? I don’t believe the company I work for uses that piece of equipment, but I’d like to utilize it for customer satisfaction! I can see you covered it, but not sure exactly how you decided to place the hole and magnetic cover. Also what’s that red film called? Thanks for the reply!
