This game is and always will be imprinted in my brain. I can remember most of levels after so many years. The graphics were amazing for the time. Extreme difficulty, especially the later levels, but it wasn't easy at all even in the beginning. One mistake, bad timing or wrong click and you were screwed. It was initially released for the Sega Genesis and later ported to multiple platforms. Ecco: The Tides of Time (1994): This sequel continues Ecco's adventures as he strives to save the planet from impending doom, featuring new gameplay mechanics and environments. I love the game, however from the bugs i experienced on the PS3 to still finding a few on the switch, i just can't really play it unless they patch them out, which it seems that they won't even try. At least with Scarlet and Violet, Gamefreak at least pretended to care, with reckoning, not so much. I still can't complete a side quest at the end because i can't pick up the quest item, It's there, but my character can't interact with it. I've since tried to play through again to see if it's been patched, but i just don't have the desire to, because I'm running across the same issues i had in the beginning area where the items dropped, never disappear and really freeze the game, which tells me that they still haven't fixed anything.

There’s this really cool Star Fox fan game you’ll probably want to check out called Star Fox Event Horizon. It’s basically a reimaging of the 64 continuity using content from the other reboots. It’s really impressive what the guy was able to make. There’s a crazy amount of content. The creator UndyingNephalim/IceCreamMan got Krystal’s original voice actress to do work for his mod (mod for Freespace Open. This open source game, so it’s 100% free). It’s a lot of fun. Unfortunately, due to engine limitations you can’t really have on foot missions, so Adventures/Assault won’t feel right (he’s also cramming a bunch of stuff from Dinosaur Planet into the Adventures arc, which simply doesn’t work). There’s tank missions, but they’re super janky. A lot of the characters have UGLY faces (they’re well animated/expressive, but they don’t look right). The guy might also be a pedoman. Back in the day me made this cringe RPG Maker Zelda fan game called Time’s Menagerie. It’s a sequel to his Fallen Sage fan game. In it he made nude loli drawings of his kiddy waifu Saria (there weren’t any “details”, but that doesn’t make it any less disturbing. She was a clone who didn’t have any memories and looked YOUNG, so mentally and physically she was a child), he has sus stuff with underaged characters, and there’s this one part where this poor Zora woman has been gone for a few decades and was used by this octopus man against her will to breed an army of Zora Octoroc hybrids. In this Zelda rts he made later on he shipped an ambiguously aged Saria with a much older man, and when he was confronted about it in a livestream he gave the Ken Penders excuse that “it’s a backwards medieval world, and that kind of thing happened then”. Except unlike Ken Penders who left it at that before moving onto another dumpster fire this guy will go ON AND ON about how much better medieval society was from what we have now, and how we should go back to the good old days🤣. In his Gerudo Wars comic with art that looks like Ken Penders attempt at a Zelda manga on the official fan wiki for his Zelda setting it talks about how the Kokiri are “an immortal race of forever children”, and said that Saria (one of the previous mentioned children) is “heavily pregnant”. Insert my boy PPP screaming WOAH BUDDY then going on a righteous rant about sickos🤣🤮

Where can i get this game to play?
@kurokamina842925 күн бұрын
My top three Star Fox games is Star Fox Assault, Star Fox 2, and Star Fox 64 3D. Command felt like a lesser version of Star Fox 2 as its purely arwing gameplay with arenas being generally the same rather then 2 and its more interesting map design, the walker functional, the real time being more interesting then the turn base and rouge like elements. Star Fox snes I don't hate or love it but I appreciate it. Star Fox Zero I am very annoyed that it's 64 again again and that the controls weren't option. That said I instantly figured out the controls and find that you can play it without that second screen. I've recently played it without motion controls and find that you really don't need to change much to make it work. You don't need motion controls to take down those spider bots as the charge shots can take it out very easily. But would vastly perfer a remake of Assault over a port of Zero Command: You should definitely play more of Command causes Andross doesn't return. I mean to certain extent he does but he's not the big bad in that game. 64 3D: Star Fox 64 3D is not a reboot but just a remake. Its like saying the remake of Oceania Of Time on tge 3ds is a reboot. If you have the manual I recommend that you take a look as it shows the timeline of the series. All 64 does is make a more accessible version of that game with some changes that take into account later entries like the landmaster design or the Cornerian logo. Star Fox Zero: Star Fox Zero isn't a reboot of the franchise but a reimagining of 64. There is a different as a reboot is to start everything over while a reimagining is just reimagining what a game could have been. It's not the first time nintendo has done this as they did this with Metroid ZERO mission. Miyamoto did try multiple times to actually get a story sequel to happen like on the Wii or 3ds. The Wii one didn't happen because he couldn't find an interesting hardware gimmick to use and the 3ds one was just shifted into the 64 remake. Also it being a candidate for Sakurais gameplay concept but got shoved to side for Kid Icarus of all things. The games exists as it is is because of the Wii U and Miyamoto. Miyamoto was exploring a remote control plane with a camera on it and thought that he found something for Star Fox. He looked back at other entries to see which style would work with this new gimmick and found that 64 is the perfect style for his gimmick (yeah Zero only returned to that style because of the gamepad). Then the story retread is because A: it's Miyamoto who focuses more on gameplay then story so he just decided "let's just reimagined 64". B: a possible theory but Imamura the designer and writer had little to do with the project so no new story. You can't find a single interview where Miyamoto or Imamura calls Zero a reboot but consistently a reimagining.

@@kurokamina8429 valid points , I will keep on command because I really enjoyed it when I was capturing footage of the game, I’m regards to star fox zero I calling a reboot is probably on me because just because I would consider reimagining the same a reboot but either way if that’s not the case I stand correct 😁

Here is my thoughts on Zero and 64, they are the same story, but told from different perspectives, 64 is the neutral point of view, as it was being told my somebody that had no personal stakes in the war, and Zero is told by Fox's perspective, hence why the opening narration in Zero has more weighted language towered Pigma being sumbag, while 64 just mention him as being a traitor.

If you’re wondering about the silly “Re-Reckoning” name, the publisher THQ Nordic has a history of doing remasters with funny names. In the First Darksiders game, you play as War. So what’s the remaster called? “Darksiders: Warmastered.” In the second game, you play as Death, so that one has the “Deathinitive Edition”. See also: SpongeBob:Rehydrated, and Red Faction: Re-Mars-tered. They’re not all hits, but I appreciate the fact that they keep sticking with that theme.
