First time making carrot cake- soooo goood. Preheat to 180 degrees C and bake for 55-60 minutes. (if your using a round cake tin like me) i used whipped cream instead of the icing- amazing

It’s pecan pie. Just using maple syrup instead of corn syrup. So I’m guessing if you used pancake or breakfast syrup, which is maple flavored corn syrup; it would have a better texture more like that of pecan pie.

Watermelon is good wirh acid fruits like lime, so tomato isnt my first choice but i think it would work
