at launch, Necro spells were buggy messing with enemy drops needed to do certain quests. While Enchanter was insanely OP, literally unkillable. Still pretty OP now aftet later getting nerfed. I don't recall anything unbalanced or bugged with Rift Mage 🤔

They are obtained by purification of bitterblack gear by Olra. The gear can be found all over bitterblack islands, which is a new area in the Dark Arisen DLC

Man they really butchered the look of the pyromancy spells. If this was a brand new game and not a remaster these effects would look great. However, the original animations were SO good. All these new effects look like very generic fire. Even the bonfire now just is a regular flame instead of the unique slow burning magic fire effect it used to have. If you want to know what I mean just take a look at the original. Pyro explosions have shockwaves. Plumes of smoke can be seen in the fire. They did these exact same looking effects just better in Elden ring.

Its 'unfinished' the exact same way DD1 was before Dark Arisen DLC, that changed everything and added real replayability. At the moment there is literally nothing like bitter black isle and new game plus is just you basically one shotting everything in endgame gear lol

Nice video, but there's a little mistake. Briar Storm is a spell meant to hold down the button, not to just push it once. If you keep holding the button, you'll be constantly summoning briars around you that damage the enemies. It's like the Flame Funnel from the Inferno spells.
