Thanks for sharing your experiences. I am curious though, are you still using the vibration plate? Can you do an update video on them? I'm looking into purchasing one and I don't want to waste money buying it if it doesn't work. ❤

Very interesting and informative. You gave me a great idea for a candle idea that had stumped me. I was looking for a very clean, fresh scent, but something different. Never thought about Pear....until now. Thanks!!!

Hi Arroe, so good to have you back!!! Can you changed your wax and wicks? If so would you mind saying what you use now. Its been up and down with candle wax testing for me. I want a good hot throw and use CS1. Its ok but i would like something stronger with smooth tops. Thank you and great to have you back ❤

Fellow chewers rejoice! Good luck cutting down and quitting this brutal habit! The problem is this habit costs no money and is available every day, it never runs out! I have been nervous/anxious with low confidence and anger problems since a young age. Dont know what im so friggin worried about i have a good life. Im nearly 40 now and still like a good chew but i havent chewed the nails for decades. Thankfully i managed to stop that at least. You need to be so dedicated and strong minded to stop this, all i can say to you chewers is when you wake up fresh try not to have that first chew of the day. Remind yourself its wrong whenever you have temptations. Love yourself, and try to resist! The less you do it, the less you will want to do it. Take each day as it comes, and moisturise and love your hands. It will get easier, i promise... we can do it X

I used to do this a lot and still do I used to do it at about 6 and wheneveri took a shower I would run to my room and get gloves and it got to the point where I got a grey hair at ten TEN years old whenever I tried to stop my fingers turned a yellow color then I just had to do you guys have any tips to stop???

I am 24 years old and I remember that all my life I used to eat the skin from my fingers. It is good that the older I get, the less this habit becomes. When I was less than 10 years old, I remember that I used to eat the skin of my big toe 😂😂 and I remember that my mother saw me doing this and I will never forget the look of her face at that time (she may have thought about throwing me out the window 😂😂). In general, eating the skin of one's fingers or lips can be likened to shorts videos. I don't know why, but I feel fun, especially when I'm stressed or bored from a lecture, for example. Honestly, I didn't find any way to stop the problem because it comes back to you no matter how much you leave it. When the skin grows back properly, I get a huge urge to start biting and then I cannot stop. In general, I found two solutions. The first is to chew gum. Place a pack of gum in your office drawer. The second is to wear gloves. But even with this, you will start eating the skin of your lips or the skin inside your mouth.

Hi! I have a Creative Fabrica subscription that I use for my KDP Amazon but I am thinking about starting print on demand. Is there a company you would recommend in the UK for print on demand? I noticed the majority is from the US, therefore the delivery time is huge. Thanks!

I have this problem too, I don't know what causes it but I hear "speed it up!!", "out with it" or "you talk so slow it makes me want to die" way too much. Just give me some fucking TIME, my brain is wired differently to handle the immense stress I am always under!! You do not need to fix yourself for ANYONE, your speech is perfect and relaxing to listen to.
