Step 1: ask husband to do it. Step 2: watch this video when husband says he can't do it and think this looks easy step 3: find tool step 4: find different tool because first tool is too big step 5: turn off water step 6: give up and decide you will eat take out for the rest of your time in the house because you realize after you start you are a 114lb woman and don't have the muscle strength to get the nuts off to switch the faucets. Optional step 7: call a plumber (not going to do optional steps...dishwasher is still on extension cord 7 years in because we needed to have an electrician called to install it...that was an optional step too). I hate take out.

This video helped me so much. Getting the supply lines off the old faucet was a pain because of some rust build up. WD-40, a rag, and a hammer to loosen up some of the rust helped a lot! Anyway, this video was great and charming. Thank you!

Could not having the blue part on the spray arm cause leaking out of the bottom door seal? Also if I replace the spray arm should I also just replace the gasket in the door to be on the safe side?

I've had the same issue on my Gerber Avalanche toilet. I just had to put the hose back on and I also adjusted the water level in the tank so it would overflow into the refill tube for a couple of seconds.

I suspect that if you are an anorexic midget contortionist, it would be a lot easier working under the sink... Don't forget the part about breaking the tabs on the plastic nuts that screw onto the bottom of the faucet and not being able to get it loose after that... Those "finger tight" nuts are most definite NOT just "finger tight"...
