I am on Cowden protocol for Lyme through my functional medicine doctor. Thank you! But what great ending about heart break and heart disease. I am sure it's related to all healing including Lyme. Healing comes with forgivenss and releasing anger. Love and laughter heal the heart. " A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." Proverbs 17:22

Hi Doctor, I'm 28 year old ,Female I was diagnosed with IBS 6 months back and i started taking Siddha Treatment to cure it My Treatment is of 3 phases: 1 Phase [Vaaividanga, .Kirumi Choornam]= Completed, went well 2 Phase[Kaatathipu ,Thayir Chundi]= First month went fine, slowly upper abdominal pain occurred , which got worsened after taking it for 2.5 months Now I am Pantroprazole and I stopped taking siddha I guess thayir chundi increased my acid level way beyond that in turn leading to GE junction inflammation which is reported in Endoscopy (taken recently) 3 Phase[Abipathikara,Thalisathi+palkarai+sivanar, thiripala,Chiruvilvadi kasayam]=Yet to start [meds given for 2 months] Important: I want to know if I can continue 3 phase meds? Does it require any medication modification or dosage changes because of increased acid level? Also, i want to know if thayir chundi is the reason for inflammation.(by increase in acid) Note:Am Vegan, clean eater, less oily and processed foods. Good sleeping Habits. No past acid level problem. Viral gastroenteritis 2 years back caused IBS LABS: Ultrasound and food allergy taken =results normal Endoscopy = GE junction inflammation reported

there's a reason why bodybuilders die in their 60s and 70s. it's not because they're going easy on their body. also prostate cancer seems to be mostly determined by age, genetics, and diet. did they eliminate the diet in this study? because that would be a huge oversight. I find scientific studies frequently fail the basic steps required to make a legitimate study

TRT and the dosages of testosterone that bodybuilders use aren't even close to the same. Take an average TRT dose and multiply it by 5-10x for bodybuilding. Let's say that you're on TRT to get to high-normal of about 800 or so ng/dl. Depending on how low you are, this is usually 75-100 mg weekly dosage. Most bodybuilders take between 400-1000 mg weekly (if they're using testosterone cypionate and not something more anabolic like tren).

Please bring more information about this branch of medicine for the benifit of humanbeings, where the present system of medicine is highly commercialised. Whereas the Sidda branch of medicine is fully concentrated on welfare of humankind.

Dr. Sinatra saved my life with his Awesome Foursome Protocol. I never met the man and had the privilege to thank him online. He was Amazing man with Grounding. His book Metabolic Cardiology is one of many of his books that helps save probably hundreds of thousands of lives around the World. I was devastated when I heard of his passing. I developed Heart Failure from Chemo. He saved me from Dying! I followed his work since early 1980’s. Brilliant man. RIP Dr. Stephen Sinatra
