Yes (3 years later) 🤣. These exercises help you stabilize your shoulders. Mobility = increased range of motion. Stability = strength/control over range of motion. Mobility without stability is disaster.

theo, i like your videos and your channel. i enjoyed trying it. i have the exercises bands too. could u do a part 2. remove the shoes and just do socks would be best for explaining and mobility mechanics. i like following along and the way you explain. also is there any hamstring test video you can a video on like the sit and reach test. 💙 kim

greatvoicelessons thanks for the feedback. I’ll be doing a more in depth video on ankle mobility and will keep that no shoes in mind :). Also, hamstrings can appear tight from hip position. I’ll cover both of these topics in the near future. Thanks for following 🙏🏽
