Did you use one or two flanges? Does the flange split into 2?
@BenSpoolin10 ай бұрын
We used two, just looked it up and you could have half on one pipe and half on the other on the opposite side though. Probably a better repair to use two though but I’m not sure. This is the only time I’ve ever used one of these. Check some photos online

Mine just failed on my 2004 Accord 6 speed V6 coupe today. I was upset at the time. But it quite literally failed in front of my friend's garage. The car just would not go into gear. Had to push it into the garage. This happened right before a big road trip into the middle of the Rocky Mountains where there's no cell phone service or anything. So I'm so happy it failed in town. Because of it failed in the middle of the Rockies I'd be so fucked. I am replacing the clutch master cylinder and clutch slave cylinder at the same time, as it's recommended to do both because if one is failing the other one is about to fail

Yo I need some advice that I can’t find any help on, so my friend fucked up the whole bleeding process because he got out of the car while I had the bleeder open, so I’m assuming that let hella air in the system, when we started the process after getting the new slave in the clutch was really stiff then after we attempted the first bleed then he hopped out and it’s just always sponge. What do we have to do now? Flush the whole system?
@BenSpoolin2 жыл бұрын
Bleed it a ton of times and make sure the fluid level doesn’t drop below the reservoir otherwise it gets a fat bubble on the reservoir end

Yes from the top bolt apparently these lines can break when removing and installing them like bending them if the turbo is out even the slightest and the O rings can leak on top. I first had a pin hole leak from the actual line then later it was leaking from crush washers fwiw
