My phantom 3 advanced been in its box for years, just started up and the DJI app updated my fully charged controller and now wont turn on but high frequency noise. Will this fix is anyone aware please? Thanks in advance

A hard reset should fix it. The same happened to me and I had to remove the battery for 2 minutes.

I was stuck with a charging issue (only 1 white LED flashing and automatic ending of the charging process without completing the charge). This hard reset solved my problem. Take note that reconnecting the ribbon connector is not as easy as it seems. Thanks for sharing this solution.
