Respondents falsely implicated me (Upper Division Clerk), [identified as an industrial workman under the Industrial Disputes Act 1947 and an employee covered under the Official Secrets Act 1923], in a criminal case involving the leakage of confidential documents, despite my physical and mental absence during the alleged incident, which is a serious offense (Doctrine of Plea Alibi). Equally egregious is my victimization of mine through a stage-managed departmental proceeding, resulting in my dismissal from service, due to caste-biased attitudes. Respondents, those actions were based on false, malicious and vexatious allegations, including the destruction of documents, supported by false and fabricated evidence. Respondents constituted offenses under The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act 2015, various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), Section 2(ra) read with 5th Schedule-I (Criminal conspiracies) of the Industrial Disputes Act 1947 and The Official Secrets Act 1923. Such crimes/actions have serious legal consequences and are subject to legal scrutiny. In the caveat they mentioned only "THE CAVEATOR ABOVENAMED prays that no Interim or Ad- Interim Order or Injunction/Direction may be granted/passed in favor of the Proposed Petitioner named herein above in the matter of Order dated 27/05/2017 passed by India Government Mint, Mumbai (A Unit of SPMCIL) dismissing the proposed Petitioner from the Service" and not given correct information to High court and documents as mentioned in 148A(4) of Cr PC.
