It's challenging to make a direct recommendation between the Aeron and Leap V2 chairs, as opinions vary widely. Some people swear by the Aeron as the best chair ever, while others prefer the Leap V2. It really comes down to personal preference. If you're considering a brand-new purchase, keep in mind that the Aeron Classic is no longer available new. You'll be getting the Remastered version with a full warranty. Alternatively, you could go for a refurbished chair, which gives you the option of either the Classic or the Remastered versions. We recommend that your partner visit a nearby showroom to try out both the Aeron Classic and Remastered versions. Assuming they've already experienced your Leap V2, they can compare what they like and dislike about each chair. This will help you decide whether to go for a brand-new Remastered Aeron, a refurbished Classic or Remastered model, or even look for a good deal on a used one.

Even if a fake one does appear, the differences between it and a genuine Aeron are easy to spot. When you buy a new chair directly from Herman Miller, you can be sure it's authentic. The same applies when buying a refurbished chair from reputable sellers in the US!

Hello there! Thank you for your question. We generally don't recommend the Aeron for sitting cross legged as the frame will dig into your legs. We found that the Herman Miller Embody or the Steelcase Gesture are better for sitting cross legged. With that being said, if you have access to the Aeron, you can try it yourself to have a clearer understanding. All the best!

Hello there! You can check the rear of the chair's backrest frame. There are raised dots behind the upper lip of the back frame: one dot indicates Size A (Small), two dots indicate Size B (Medium), and three dots indicate Size C (Large). Best regards. OfficeLogixShop Team

On the chair here there's a Y-frame structure that holds the back-support cushion, and at the Y-junction on the 'inside' surface facing forward there are two raised dots. So as you indicate, it's a B size. Thanks. Earlier chairs have a reversible asymmetric up-down sliding cushion. Is there a separate marking scheme for those ones?

Hello there. Just to clarify, it seems from your comment that you found the dots on the PostureFit. However, you should check for them on the chair back, under the upper lip of the backrest underneath the logo.

Hello there! Thank you for your comment. The Aeron Classic Size C is less popular compared to Size B, which is why it's harder to find high-quality Size C chairs. Most of our Size C chairs are sold directly from our showroom, as they are quickly picked up by local clients once we restock. Because of this high demand, we don't frequently stock them online. Unless we receive a large shipment of 200+ Size C chairs, we won't be able to offer them for online purchase. Thank you for your understanding!

Hello there. This piece usually comes with the cable. In very rare cases ,this plastic piece can get separated and broken. Hence, you can use Gorilla glue to glue it. We hope this can solve your problem.
