First time I've ever seen multiple abrasives and degreaser used on a screen. Is that necessary? The illustration showing before and after abrasion wasn't enough of a difference for it to seem worthwhile. Other than that, the video and its 1990s vhs feeling was entertaining.

I’m not sure what I just watch. I watched the video twice. The printing is on an automatic, but I am not sure what the product is.

This video was showing that the Lawson automatics, along with a Lawson dryer can print on almost anything. In this instance, it was plastic shopping cart handles and plastic seats.

What happens if I don’t use off contact what will happen?
@davidlandesman44624 жыл бұрын
I would need to know more details about your process, press you are using, screen tension, inks, what you are printing, and so forth. If you don't use any off-contact and you are not having any problems, then you don't need to use off-contact.

A really helpful video for weighing pre-treat solution.
@Bluntedco.4 жыл бұрын
i have parchment paper with a shiny side and a dull side and i noticed when i cure pre-treated shirts with the shiny side facing the shirt it makes the pre-treat shiny as if the pre-treat was crystallizing but its not. i was confused for a while about that shitt lol thank god i saw your vid and realized my mistake. Pre-treat must always be heat pressed with the dull side facing down towards the t shirt but regardless i use your digi dry box to cure shirts & i only press the shirts after the digi curing for 15 seconds to flatten the fibers and that is when i was getting those shinny results .. i tried doing the 15 second press with the upper cover Teflon sheet and the black colored upper cover sheet and i even tried without the cover on the heat press just the heat platen itself but they all seem to still shine but the least shinny shirt out of those 3 types of presses was pressing without any upper cover just the heat platen but it was still shinny enough to give you a shore eye and like you stated the best & only way to do it correct was to heat press with the dull side of the parchment paper facing down towards the shirt. Most dtg resellers sell that parchment paper with one side shinny & the other side dull. i hope someone reads this and learns from my mistakes. i wasted a few shirts and thought about giving up on dtg printing lol but i succeeded & i will let some homeless ppl have the shinny shirts i messed up on anyways so its a win win anyways since i learned the right way of doing it! =D

The scoop coater has round edge and sharp edge. Do you configure them a certain way when you’re dual coating?
@davidlandesman44624 жыл бұрын
The choice is up to the user. Round edge deposits more emulsion. I like using the sharp edge.
