For anyone wondering, in the last example the answer he got for y is correct since a rectangle will have the maximum possible area for a given perimeter when all the sides are the same length, in this case giving you the same values for both x and y

I thought to express it from the grass level working upward. I cannot remember well. But I do remember basic forms. From the basic forms, I am able to build the mathematical building blocks, otherwise known as formulas. With the Calculus, thanks to Newton, Leibniz, and Barrow, we can construct every aspect of physics and mechanics. Happy hunting...
