What's the hand pattern you use for the paradiddle diddles here?

Love it. My friend who was a much better drummer than i growing up said he loved my foot hand interaction but that my hands needed more practice. He realized my focus was on my hand and feet workin together but i was not developing my rudiments up top enough. So he told me to only practice with my hands around the drums and cymbals and not even put my feet on my pedals....lol. He said to do it at least a half hour every day i practiced Wow. My playing took off. Able to do like you do here eventually. That kid who gave me advice with all that wisdom was only 12 yo. Crazy.

Are you kidding me…12yrs old 😮 most times revelations could come from a little child. As for me I like listen to a child cause they have some open mind and God can pass a message from them to you. Thank you listened and took the advice and put it at work. I love that 😊

This is what happens when you play this kind of music and you don't have a percussionist! the drummer tends to do all of what is needed to cover every note and beat and stroke and groove!
