just creat a file name band.conf and write the required tags(DIMs, BandPoints, BandLabels) for phonon band structure, use the phonopy command and get the results

I am not getting your point, important tags of INCAR or band.conf. In case of dynamic stability, you need only 4 tags in band.conf to check imaginary phonons for stability and this is post process @@farahshehzadi6355

Find radial distribution function, the first max peak on that plot gives you the bond length. Or Extract POSCAR from the XDAtcar file at each step and measure it from vESTa.

Yes I think the words don't help the theory. I kinda view it that low entropy is lots of 'useful' energy and it moves to 'useless' energy. Life does this in a comparatively efficient way hence its existence. However life on earth is getting constantly bombarded with 'useful' energy from the sun hence life being reborn and becoming more complex because the more complex life is the more efficient it becomes.
