It will last 5-7 days. Id say no earlier than Sun. I'd do it Monday if it were me, that way it last past Christmas in case there are leftovers. It also freezes well if you vacuum seal. Thanks for watching! Share and subscribe please 😁 🙌🏾

Water baths. 2 inches of water in so when baking the heat doesnt drain too much moisture from the cakes, which is where it cracks. Great recipe!

You can avoid cracking by surrounding the pan, top to bottom with a damp cloth (they actually sell things made for this, but just just use a couple dollar store dish cloths). This helps the cake to cook more evenly from the inside out

A word of ADVICE. BReak ya eggs in a separate bowl just in case u have a bad egg it won't ruin ya WHOLE batter. It's a beautiful product.
