It is still working fine after 3 ½ years. If budget and space is a constraint , you can go for this. Else you can go for a regular 12/13 place setting stand alone machine. This being an 8 place setting table top dishwasher, it can accommodate fewer vessels. This, much depends on your daily dish load. You may have to run two cycles per day if you are not able to accommodate all your dishes in a single load. Hope this helps.

Hi, Actually it is unsafe and usually such a thing will not happen. This shouldn't be happening. Probably it must be due to some food particles stuck inside during the previous usage of the grill or convection. Hi, looks like you are a new viewer of my channel. I have posted more than 60 videos on dishwashers alone on my channel in the past 9+ years. I was probably the first person in India to post a full fledged deno/review of a dishwasher from a user point of view. Mine is a struggling channel. Till date I haven't got any collaboration from any company whatsoever as they go by subscriber numbers and in all these years I have just managed to get 42K subscribers. I have been sharing all my knowledge gained through my experiences of using the various appliances and gadgets I have and use; with my viewers, so that they can benefit out of it. Whatever demo or review of any product that I post are of those that I actually have bought and have been using. A couple of dishwashers and washing machine videos have been taken at friends or relatives'places. If you go through all my other videos and read the various comments in the comments section, you will know for yourself about the genuineness of my contents. Thanks. .

Hi, both my machines are working fine. I have been using my Bosch for almost 12 ½ years without any issues. The cleaning is also amazing. My very first repair came after 8 ½ years of non-stop usage, during which time I bought my table top Beko dishwasher. The Beko dishwasher is not bad, performance wise though there is limited space and is ideal only for a family of 2/3. The build is also fine. Many viewers using the 12/13 place Beko dishwasher seem to be happy with the cleaning results. I do not know about their service though. If your budget allows you to buy a Beko dishwasher, opt for a model with a display panel which shows the program selected, time duration, and other things. Is budget is not a problem you can buy a Bosch. Hope this helps.

Hi, sorry for the delayed reply. There is absolutely no problem with the robotic cleaner. I have been using this regularly and I am satisfied with the cleaning. The electricity consumption is the same as charging a mobile or a power bank, negligible. Maintenance is very important - i.e. regular emptying and cleaning of dustbin cleaning the brushes and roller -wiping the sensors - washing mop cloth Depending on your usage and area of your house, the battery will be required to be changed. Usually it lasts 2+ years. Thanks.

@BhuvanaAdi
@BhuvanaAdi 16 күн бұрын
If you are facing repeated E14 error, it could be that the softener system in the dishwasher is faulty. Please get it checked by them. If the machine is under warranty please ask for replacement. Of course, that will need some effort and taking up the issue with the company. First let them find where the fault is. In case there is a large variation in the water hardness between summer and rainy season, please ensure that the salt setting is done according to the hardness whenever it changes. Thanks.

Hi, the most economical mode in the Eco mode in any dishwasher though it takes the maximum time as it consumes the least water and power. Usually most dishes come out clean in this mode. But if the stains on the kadhais are very tough, then it is better to opt for the Intensive mode. In this table top model even the Normal mode gives good cleaning from my experience. Hope you find this suggestion helpful. Thanks.

@BhuvanaAdi
@BhuvanaAdi 17 күн бұрын
@sdsd3993 hi, Clean and Shine though runs only for 90 min, it consumes more power than the Eco mode which is longer. The Wash and Rinse temperatures are higher in Clean and Shine as compared to Eco. The Clean and Shine consumes 1.15 units/cycle where as the Eco program consumes only 0.72 units/cycle. Hope this helps you in choosing your programs. But overall a dishwasher does not consume much power , even if you use a combination of program cycles. Yog can decide your program based on the amount of soiled dishes in each load. Thanks.

@BhuvanaAdi
@BhuvanaAdi 21 күн бұрын
Hi Manimala, this could be due to any of the following: 1. More detergent used than required for your load 2. Rinse aid setting is higher 3. Correct program not selected based on the load. Solutions to the above: 1. Please set your salt and rinse aid levels based on water hardness. The factory setting is usually kept high. If your water is soft you can set them at level 01 or 02. Please check your manual for the same. 2.Always use the correct amount of detergent based on how soiled your dishes are. 3. Choose the correct program based on your dish load. Hope you find this helpful. Thank you.

This machine is no better than an IFB as it lacks weight detect of LG. Can tell because duration is shown immediately for every cycle. 7:27 Cottons cycle will default to two hours no matter the load whereas on an LG it can vary from one hour ten all the way to three hours. 13:26 The daily quick cycle has a total duration of of just 28 minutes which means wash cycle can't be more than fifteen minutes. It's too short to clean anything. LG's quick wash for only a few clothes takes longer than this. Your son's friend should be doing his 0:57 weekly wash with the Cottons cycle not daily quick. And he should be washing at a minimum of 40 degress not 30. These kids are clueless unless you teach them proper hygiene. Avoid euro brand washing machines in India if you can. Beko, Electrolux, Bosch all come with sealed tubs. IFB or Korean brands don't have this problem.

First of all, sorry for the delayed reply. As I have mentioned in the video, this was taken in my son's friend's house in Dublin, during our visit there last December. I don't make videos for Indian viewers alone. As per my viewership data, I have viewers from all over the world. That is the reason I don't miss out any opportunity to make videos of any appliances whenever I visit a friend or relative anywhere. My idea is that someone somewhere benefits out of it. Your points are well taken. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. To answer some of the points raised by you, I would like to share the following - * The washing machine does not belong to the friend; it was part of the house that he had rented. * He uses it based on his requirement and the basic knowledge he had. * I made the video just the night before our return to India, so, it was not a detailed video. It was an impromptu one, just explaining the basic functions and features of the machine. I did take some time to explain to him what the correct program to be used would be and other options to be selected etc. after the video recording. * Having said that, I would like to add that during our stay there, we ourselves saw that the clothes hardly get dirty, or stained as there was no sweat, dirt, dust of any sort anytime. Thanks once again for taking time to share your viewpoint.

14:09 did you say to put large sheets in the centre of the drum to avoid imbalance?
@BhuvanaAdi
@BhuvanaAdi 6 күн бұрын
Yes. This is what I have been following for the past 24 years of using Front Load washing machine, whenever I load heavy items like quilts, large bedsheets etc. and have found it effective.
@johndoe-vc1we
@johndoe-vc1we 6 күн бұрын
@@BhuvanaAdi it makes sense but don't you find the items move around during the wash. Earlier I used to spread bedsheets in the drum only to find they became one big lump which then can cause an imbalance. Then I started balling each sheet separately so they would not congeal together and it's a little better. Either way seems to work and I get imbalances from time to time. Not figured out a sureshot way to avoid imbalance as yet. Avoiding or reducing imbalances is a sure way to reduce wear and tear on the machine. I was intrigued with your idea of spinning the drum before closing the door. Never seen anyone do that before 😊
@BhuvanaAdi
@BhuvanaAdi 6 күн бұрын
@johndoe-vc1we yes, one big lump happens only if you combine big sheets with very small items like pillow, cushion covers etc. When I have to put just one large bedsheet or a quilt, I use this technique of loading in the centre. Rotating before closing the door ensures whether the load is balanced. Of course, in spite of my methodical approach of loading, I do face some imbalance sometimes, in some cycles, while spinning.

My only quibble is this is a small capacity machine. For a newly wed they should have chosen a larger capacity. Depth of 46 cm means smaller volume drum. A depth of 56 cm would be preferable. Bigger is always better. It means fewer washes which means less wear & tear and ultimately longer service life
@BhuvanaAdi
@BhuvanaAdi 6 күн бұрын
Thanks for your suggestion. It was a decision based on their requirement and budget. For 2 persons, 7 kg machine is more than sufficient, in spite of the depth. We have been using a 6.5 kg LG washing machine for 15+ years now. All these years we have been washing a full clothes load of 4-5 persons every day, running up to 10 cycles on an average per week. The washing machine is still going strong.
@johndoe-vc1we
@johndoe-vc1we 6 күн бұрын
@@BhuvanaAdi the rated weight is a moving target and not meaningful. What I'm getting it is the drum volume which is not mentioned anywhere. If you take a measuring tape, I think you will find the volume of your older machine to be larger than the one you have chosen for your son. The external depth of your older machine must be close to 60 cm. Whereas here it's smaller.

@@BhuvanaAdi something I've noticed with higher end LG's. They have the shorter depth of 46 cm but the drum is actually larger. So volume wise it matches a machine with depth 55 cm. LG has different tiers. z2/z4/z5/z7/z9 in the model number. The z7 & z9 are the ones I'm referring to. Downside is they come with tinted doors which is unacceptable to me and only in dark grey so no white option. In India at least.
