I have this exact Ford Cortina from my childhood..originally green in colour with plate RSH 88T. I might do the same. Great vid!

Guaaau!! Absolutamente sorprendente. Tengo una Agat 18K y ahora la miro con más respeto, aunque siempre supe que era una pequeña maravilla. Me frustré un poco al empezar a utilizarla, por la cantidad de filtraciones de luz. Pero finalmente las eliminé pintando con un color negro opaco el interior del cubículo donde se expone el negativo, especialmente la ruedita dentada que hace avanzar la película, y sellando toda la unión de las dos partes de la cámara con cinta plástica negra. Me asombran las mentes superiores que pueden desarmar y volver a armar una máquina así, con tanta paciencia. Yo a duras penas logro cargar la película! Aunque también decoré la cámara con un protector de hot shoe con la forma de un conejito con bufanda. Un gran logro! 😅

This is awesome. There are so many restoration channels, but I've only ever seen one other camera restoration (I'm not counting fake "rusty DSLR" ones). If you're looking for future suggestions I'd recommend restoring a 4x5 SLR like Graflex RB Super D since they're so simple compared to 35mm SLRs.

This is an excellent restoration of a very old Kodak camera! what was once had been destined for the rubbish bin kas been given a new life. Well done!

лол, затвор-диафрагма после сборки так и не заработал - он даже не закрылся; любая юстировка и бесконечность объектива была практически потеряна уже на моменте, где аффтар вывалил в лапу весь линзоблок по частям и потом только выкрутил геликоид без всяких отметок. лучше бы оставил в том состоянии, в каком было.
