I had a retired racing Greyhound. He was so amazing, super lazy. Now I have a Great Dane. He is also wonderful, but my oh my he is afraid of everything. No wonder Scooby was also a Dane.

No one can just handle these dogs. So many people ditch their German Shepard cause they can’t train them right and these are German Shepard on steroids. Not a dog that should be popular if you can’t handle and train!

People like you make half of the belgian malinois end up in shelters. Please read this if you truly care about dogs and malinois. Please do not get a Belgian Malinois if you didnt do any research, they are like batteries, full of energy for a while and then they get tired. Malinois are NOT aggressive UNLESS you train them. Mine is trained and constantly supervised. This dog is a dog for experienced dog owners, unless its your first, get ready for a surprise. I strongly recommend not taking a Malinois to a dog park any dog for that matter because they can become very energetic and crazy. Malinois aren't monsters too they have a goofy and funny side, like mine. If you ever happen to stumble across other dogs in forests or fields while taking your Malinois out for a walk, please ask the other dogs owner if they can play, but also be aware of where you are. They also like food, A LOT. My Malinois helped me through mental health issues and helped me find happiness, they can be the best therapy ever and are the best pet you could ask for, but you MUST train them for at least 3 HOURS a day, this can be through out the day. They need attention, A LOT of it. I would also recommend hiring a dog trainer, IF you dont know how to train them. So if you have what it takes, get yourself a Belgian Malinois. And remember Malinois aren't just pets, they are a Lifestyle.

thing is ...this guy is not really training.... the training part is over...he just wants to enslave the dog by making it sit all day when it should be playing..its more cruelty than anything. this person should not be allowed to own a dog.

Yes. 100% worth it. The only reason some people are against it, is because it seems "unethical". But when it comes to almost literally resurrecting a loved one, every ethic is thrown out the window.

this is a great video, very well made and produced. having the music playing walking thru the Home Depot and outside is fine. at the end it should be off, no way to hear what she is saying and I would be interested in hearing. I have a 10 mos rescue GS/Cattle dog. thanks

Offleash training trained my cane Corso as a service dog after two weeks she was perfect. She did everything they said she would do and I watched her being trained throughout the sessions. Absolutely amazing my trainer was Asia from Melbourne Florida.

Not a perfect pet. Extremely aggressive when they don't get their 4 hrs a day exercise and stimulation. Every Mali I've met is very dog aggressive. Bad with children as kids wind them up with screaming and irratic movement. Only working dogs under Expert control

For hunting dogs it IS necessary to dock the tails for certain hunting dog breeds. For example Springer and Cocker Spaniels. Their tails would grow into a curved upward hook shape which would snag, get stuck and get wounded all the time when maneuvering around bushes and brambles. Hunting dogs don't get their ears cropped tho...only groomed.

Happy Tail syndrome, hunting dogs need their tails docked so it doesn't get broken, cut or snagged by branches and brambles, tumors, cancer, the list goes on lady.
