One of the best eras in basketball. Every team had their own unique style and players. Nowadays you can't tell teams and players apart. They all look and play the same

Still can't see how Steph and Harrison Barnes vs Kyrie and LeBron is fair but Steph and KD vs Kyrie and LeBron is cheating lol
kawhi defense too good, spurs defense historically phenomenal that season, with Duncan inside. On the other side, lebron's offense no good in final 2014

People often forget this, or don’t know it because side highlights don’t show it, but that Miami team was absolutely suffocating defensively. One of the best all-around defensive units ever. And it was anchored by LeBron. He was kind of like what Draymond has been to the Warriors, but even more versatile. He can rarely do it anymore, but in his prime he was an all-time great defensive player.

I would argue this was his best playoff run, start to finish. And it’s crazy that it came one year after the lowest point of his career. He put in the work to get better, and it was blatantly obvious.

Arguably the most physically dominant specimen in NBA history thus far. LeBron was the size of a grizzly rear and can run like a cheetah with the jumping ability of a kangaroo, Jordan was built like a Jaquar and can run like a cheetah and jump like a flea, but Wilt was built like an Elephant but could run like a gazelle with the jumping ability of a kangaroo. There's truly no specimen that came quite as close. It would be like if Dwight Howard was 7'1 or if Shaq stayed in shape. And no NBA player had Wilt's endurance, he played from 275 pounds to 300 but averaged like 44 minutes per game for his CAREER in canvas sneaker. In today's game Philly Wilt would average like 23 boards and 5 blocks! LOL

He was the perfect hybrid guard...nobody not Jordan, Iverson or Rose could turn the corner like Wade and maybe only Rose, Wall or Iverson could match him in end to end-toend speed but he was bigger and longer so it was more deadly of an attack. And nobody could split a double-team like him not even Nash. He was always darting in and out of space, and twisting and turning like a whirling dervish. At his best in NBA history the only 2 guards that could match his impact on both ends were West, Jordan and Kobe. The all-time leader in block shots for a SG and could get you 6 dimes, 25 to 30 points and 2 steals he was Jordan-like in a 6'4 frame. True cat-like quickness with power...Wade was a Panther. Definitely the #3 SG of all-time IMO. Besides Kobe or MJ, no 2-guard could possibly ever dream of guarding him.

U ever sliced a knife through butter? That’s wat it looked like when Wade splits double teams/pick and roll splits 😂😂
