It's really really really simple wake up and chose to do the right thing be brave be confident be kind be compassionate try to understand life is difficult we are all trying to do the same thing doing our best to enjoy life and grow and make our dreams come true.do not ever let fear be the foundation of your actions do not even let fear have any influence on your actions acting on fear is the same as planing to prepare a delicious meal and gathering tasty ingredients and you throw in some poison acting on fear gives life to failure and takes place of winning if you operate with the understanding that you don't have to fail you can't you may have to try a couple times but you will succeed and you will grow and accomplish much more compared to wasting time letting fear ruin your life keeping you stuck making more and more mistakes and when you do make a mistake the right thing to do is fix it or make it right the first thing that comes to mind when you lie is I should tell the truth but then fear sets in what are the consequences you let fear scare you away from the truth. It snowballs takes you farther and farther from correcting your actions and then your stuck dealing with bs that wouldn't even exist if you did the right thing being good brings life and growth and confidence (winning) being bad brings a whole lot of absolute bs it's really simple and don't go the long road why wait to be happy
