Thanks for this video Guard. I got practically no manuals with my 23 Beyond. It looks like the hot water tank is just a stainless steel collar wrapped around the outside of the electric elements that are around the gas burner. ? If there isn’t an element in the water tank and it’s just an empty stainless holding tank- why is there so much caution mentioned on the Beyond owners page about over chlorinating the Truma?

I am not sure why, but Truma says they don't want bleach or antifreeze in the combi.

Did you ever add the larger Inverter 3000 Watt? If so did you add Lithium Batteries and could you run your Air Conditioner for a short while?
@CampingCoastie2 ай бұрын
I ended up trading that camper for a No Boundaries 19.1 toyhauler. It has a 2,000 inverter, and I added a Battleborn 100AH battery. To run an AC on a 2,000 inverter I would need an AC soft start. You can plan on an AC using 120 amps while running. If the compressor cycles off and on, maybe 60 - 70 amps an hour.

My carpet got wet because of AC condensation. If you don't have an AC this won't be your problem. You might have a leak in your cabin heater. It uses the engine coolant to warm the air inside the vehicle.
