There are so many different wheel and tire combos to choose from these days. Not every setup will look right on any given vehicle and can definitely make or break the entire look, just like paint choice. If you watch my video on the restoration of my 1968 el camino ss, you'll see at one time I too had low profile tires on 18" wheels. I thought they looked pretty damn sweet and received lots of compliments on the entire vehicle. But after a few years, I got tired of the look and the ride quality and went back to 15" wheels with plenty of sidewall, they just look better on that vehicle in my opinion. All the high-end, high-performance sports cars run big low profile wheels and tires and they look great, and probably handle great too. Then you have some donk cars and trucks running wheels that are 26" to 30" in size, that's a whole nother topic. Thanks for watching and taking a moment to drop a comment, I appreciate you!

@carsandchrome I am curious why the plaque changed. It was built by Dominator Street Rods and use to say that, but it changed to Ron Morlan, who was the foreman at Dominator. Maybe a fallout at some point. But thanks for the awesome video. That car was painted in 2013. Still looks amazing.
