Hey! Start with visiting www.rareskills.io/ and read some of their posts, would be usefull! Also we gathered some resources here for the beginners docs.hackenproof.com/education/courses . If you are talking more about money (kind of "investments") into this - we had cool podcast with one of the top in Bug Bounties nowadays - Deadroses kzbin.info/www/bejne/kIGsc6GXrt5mpNUsi=qTK4Eo2UYw8BrJ8T so he shared that he had very old computer and was able to do audits. Its actually possible to do even with your phone!
