I work with my hands daily, carpets, carpentry, tile, flooring, welded for 40 years and play instruments guitar,mandolin. Not wanting to cut anything really especially a tendon. I have 6 screws and a metal plate in my heal and the nerve pain has been there for 35 years.

How's about a prosthetic that goes under tendon to relieve any pressure on nerves of blood veins?

How's about some type of grease injected in there to slicken it up?
